Hitmatic makes no guarantee for the suitability or accuracy of the information contained in the services, documents and related graphics published on this server, for any purpose, and will not be held liable for loss, damage or similar misfortune resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the service or the information contained therein.
8. Sites containing any form of adult content, including sexual swear words, pornography, nudity, escort agencies and glamour pictures are not allowed to use Hitmatic services.
9. Using Hitmatic services to track the sending of unsolicited email is strictly forbidden. Hitmatic records the IP and Email address of all users signing up for accounts, and will add these details to blacklists for any user found flouting these Terms and Conditions.
10. This contract and any disputes in connection with it are subject to English law.
